Wondering if anyone knows of a really good program for converting file of different formats.

For example, MPEG4 to AVI or WMV.

Specifically, I have a great little MP3 player that I want to watch the footy on when I am travelling.

I have tried about 10 programs so far, and shelled out a few bucks to get them to, and nothing seems to do the job.

I am no tech head, so the problem may well be at my end rather than the software.

But I'd still appreciate any advice.

I use a program called "Any Video Converter Ultimate" there is a Pro version too. Converts anything and everything you can throw at it.

Let me know if you would like to trial it.

Thanks Baloo

After my success with ConvertXtoDVD, I figure your advice is good.

So I went and bought a copy of Ultimate.

Will let you know how it goes.
