Thanks to a friend of mine I was able to sit in the MCC pavilion today.

We decided to sit directly under the coaches box (RFC's). Being a lady ::) I am unable to repeat most of the stuff we heard from the box today but I will say this - gee I had a good day ;) and my little ears are still burning.

Oh yeah... I went to the pre-match BBQ and scored a mini TAC/RFC footy.

what are u trying to say, this is been happening since the start of the game. its usual to get angry with ur teams performance, except frwley has a reason every week.

What am I trying to say - er...........let me see? How old are you again? I'll make it simple - I was saying it was fun, something different, and actually enjoyable to be able to hear what was going on. Too make it really easy for you ..... the last time I checked this type of post was called an attempt at humour.

Remember it? HAHAHAHA...ha ha :-\

It wasn't coming from the box lil it was the supporters around him...swearing at the coach...and pointing out his pitiful coaching record......but hey lets reward him with another year infact lets start negotiations early next year

Luv ya Laff - but believe me it was coming from the box.

Did you get my attempt at humour Laff ???

sorry, i didnt know u were trying to be funny. i know what its like, i sat next to the coaches box a few times, and it is different.

Interesting that when an incompetent tradeperson does a job you always hear them cursing and cussing. When a professional arrives they assess the situation, put a plan in place, fix the problems, make sure it works. Job done. I'll take any excuse to sink the size 10's into this hack of a coach.

lol frawley is second rate.

his post match comments "It has been a really tough season for us and we have just got to make sure that we give the supporters, and more importantly the members, something to hang their hat on," is a disgrace. Does this Potato head really think one win will turn around our hopes for next season and everyone will jump on board???

this comment shows he has no idea and no brain.

sack this loser

I am not an "incompetent tradesman" but have been known to curse and swear especially when those around me have stuffed up big time and I expected to fix their crap.

On the subject of the comments from the box - it was interesting to hear and it also made it abundantly clear those who follow instructions and those that do not.

Surely Lil as you are a neutral observer this time and not privy to any oaths of silence you can politely inform us as to who the individuals are that do not stick to instructions and anything else that we might find informative. This would be appreciated Lil.

Shawry,

If I was to share everything word for word - this site would be closed down. ;D

But seriously - a couple of interesting ones I thought.

In the 2nd quarter - Ottens had drifted down forward the message went out "there is no need to F***ing block - Ottens is down there give him room"

2nd quarter again - get Richo to run run run forward of the 50. Get Rodan on the wing to run the lines.

2nd or 3rd I am not sure - after another clanger a certain player was taken off (anyone for squash ;)) and he went straight to the phone - I will not repeat that one but boy did he cop a serve. Another one of our favourites copped it for not tackling.

Lil, if you worked on a problem for 4 years you'd realise you weren't up to the task you'd hire an expert.

It's funny that the coaches who rant and rave the most seem for the most part to be the least successful.
Does anyone see Paul Roos rant and rave, Chris Connolly, John Worsfold. Even when their players make clangers they give them confidence.
At the WCE compare the ranting and raving Judge to the calm confidence building Worsfold or at the Swans the ranting Eade to the calm Roos.
Let the ranters tear strips off the players, give me a calm coach every day.

LMAO ;D Of course Kl would, she is INTELLIGENT!!

Here here. You watch Pagan, Sheedy and even corn flakes Thomas in the coaching box. Cool as a cucumbers.
Look at Frawley, cant handle the pressure.

I post about this after the CARLTON game. With minutes to go they showed Pagan cooly plotting moves, while spud was wringing the phone and throwing things around the box in blind panic.

Said it all really. Carlton won what we should have.
