I wonder how much worse we'd be if we could have a complete clean-out and re-build the list from scratch, a la the GC team. It seems we're always hamstrung at the end of the season and contracts can mean retaining players over those more deserving of a spot. Our players don't seem to attract too much interest during trade week either. Of course it can't happen but it would be an interesting experiment to see how different our list would be after 3 years. I'll be quite fascinated to see how the GC team fares when it comes in. Surely it won't be much worse in it's first couple of seasons than we were this season.

Craig Cameron has some work to do to win me back after resigning duds like Polo, Schulz, King and White. These 4 are not AFL players.

As It's already been stated, we only have about 10-14 players MAX on our list that would be capable of playing in a premiership side. If I was to hazard a guess I would say that they will be around in 3 or 4 years time while the rest.... I'm not so sure. Most of them will be gone.

The big question is why any players such as King, Polo, *smile* or White etc get signed for more than one year at a time? Its not like other clubs are sniffing around to pick them up?
