A lot of people think Charlie is soft. One pop on that pretty nose and he goes home. But most of us are much less generous.

After Charlie gave up that simple free in a reportable offence he went home. Inasmuch as he turned up in the first place.

AFL Product Ambassadors are very much in favour of Charlie’s marketable nose. And they favour him.

But the rest of us know he’s a terrified dog.

Did the dog touch the ball when it mattered?

At the very least was ‘unrealistic attempt’, got nowhere near the ball. Jack gets pinged all the time.

yeah he's a foil masquerading as a power forward. The fact he isn't much chop as a number 1 forward, when he's fit, is a big reason Port were not quite there. He's got a good manager, and nose as you say, he's managed to get paid like he's Wayne Carey, for 10 years, when he is more your Craig Scholl.

Same with Wines, good player and you'd be happy to have him as supporting cast to the real stars, but just not quite the star he's made out to be. I've never seen him grab a game by the throat.

If the mrp are serious about stopping players getting serious injuries , they need to give this prick weeks. If you watch the replay, you can see he takes his eyes off the ball, lines up flossy, then continues to go through him. Gutless prick

No he didn't touch the ball, he dogged it.

My sincere apologies to dogs.

It was Hawkins like.... Hawkins has tried to take out Flossy a couple of times doing the same sort of thing.

Seriously, if Dixon doesn’t get suspended, Vlaustin should sue the AFL for making it an unsafe workplace for him. They would be sending a signal out to every opposition player that you can take out Floss and no need to worry about any consequences. Just ask dangerflog

He acts tough but you know that opposition players are only worried about getting sniped by him from behind. Face to face no one takes him seriously. Loved the bit where Bakes, who looks half his size, mouths off at him, can’t remember if it was after a mark or free kick

Funny moment of the game was when baker mouthed off at him in that marking contest between the two of them,

But gee.... no doubt in my mind he went to hurt with that knee - he wasnt a realistic chance at the ball but he wanted to hurt a player

didn't the idiot got a free kick then, but we didn't get one for his hit on Vlast .. ??

Don’t think he’s an idiot all premeditated
Vlastuin goes for the mark take him out that’s all they had to stop Vlastuin intercepting marks
Hope MRP checks incident and he gets weeks
If it was Pickett he’d be sent straight to tribunal

It was unduly rough play causingan injury with high potential. .
Pickett got suspended for far less with no outcome of injury.
Again the Tigers would want this highlighted.
When the commentators talk about it and a player goes off injured it needs to be supported by the league.

N no it in the spirit of the game and should be outlawed. There was no way he was getting that ball and you can see what he was trying to do. Cowardly act.

Never seen him put himself on the line throwing himself into a pack like Jack does. That’s tough.

He has always been the same player, faux tough man.
Watch him closely and you see a guy that never takes pack marks, never hits packs, makes one handed mark attempts rather than put himself in a contested position (watch Riewoldt to understand where the correct position is for pack marks). He is simply a big guy that plays mostly small. Has never won a game on his own yet the commentators love “big” Charlie and his pretend toughness. He’s a skunk. Much the same as Joe Daniher. Pathetic culture killing big men who shrink when they should lift.
Just watch their performances in finals against us to see how much they let their teammates down when it matters.
