Couple of reasons, 1 the other 3 have plenty of goodwill in the bank, they are allowed the odd off game. 2 Pickett is not doing the team things IMO, slack defensive running, trying to do too much with the ball and not taking the easy option. For me that's not the Richmond way as to why we have been so strong over the last 3 years, its always been team first both offensively and defensively, team first not me first.
