When did the Forum Signature settings change ?

I was trying to fix a PYMPS link in my signature to find the URL tag is no longer permitted. This is the error I got.

The following errors occurred when trying to save your profile:
The following BBC is not allowed within your signature: email, flash, ftp, glow, html, img, iurl, move, quote, url, youtube.
 
That's a shame. With over 80 hits the PYMPS link I had seemed to be a popular way for people to get PYMPS info.
