Hi all,

Hope it's okay for me to do this here. I've got a new bbq & have an old one to give away free to good (i.e. Tiger) home.

4 burner , flat lid type. About 10 years old . Works fine.

Dunno what else to say. You'd need to collect from Mt Dandenong.

Not going to try to sell it. Can't be arsed.

I know there are specific sites that do this sort of thing , like freecycle, but I'd prefer keep it within the brotherhood.

PM me if interested.

Wouldn't know how to upload a photo, but will try if necessary.

Does it come with accessories?
Like chops, steaks, snags and some coldies? ;D

Funny you should mention that. The answer of course is no, but I did have the good fortune to win the meat tray at the Mitcham RSL last night, which is enabling me to give our new barbie a pretty good burst.

Sorry.

Actually, I should mention to any interested parties that I do have some accessories of the non edible variety: gas bottle & scraping thing.

Well done to you mate.I hope you find a good home for the old barbie.

Thank you for your attention. My sister is taking our old bbq.

She is from a good Tiger home.

Happy snags.

if you had a new weber q i don't think it would too hard a find a new home for ;)

Touche brother chef Lids.

Leysy uses his maybe 5 nights a week this time of year. Probably more. Can do absolutely anything on them. From the best steaks you'll eat to slow roast lamb to pizza to baking cakes if your so inclined.

Tip, if your grill plates show any rust at all give Weber a shout, they'll replace free of charge no questions asked in the first 5 years, actually could be 10. Customer service A1.

Have we missed out by getting a conventional style bbq? :(

What is different about weber q? Does it work as an oven too?

We can't be talking about football because Lazy Dayz agrees with me again.

I have the Weber Q 300 series. Brilliant BBQ.

it looks like it should 'exterminate' your food.

That's what I thought. Has it been invented yet? Is it available on planet Earth? Or am I that far behind the pace?

I don't know much but I know how to cook a decent BBQ. :hihi

- Buy meat, beer (lots).

- Turn on tunes.

- Organise utensils, trays, oil.

- Get a cold beer (with stubbie holder). Call mates away from partners to chat with. ;D

- Fire up BBQ.

- Spuds and onions on first.....

- Sausages on next....

- Kebabs next...

- Steak..

- Onions, spuds, kebabs, snags, steak into tray.

- Wipe brow. Grab another beer.

- Eat, drink, eat, drink..

Happy Australia Day all. 8- ;D
