That's great zips, it will be a big thrill for both of you,
Your son will find you, he'll hear you ranting and raving at the umpire:)

He better not kick it like Grigg, otherwise the poor kid won’t here the end of it.

I have done this a couple of times at Docklands. I offered to help carry all the gear out onto the ground and then got to stay out there and watch-could be worth a try. My 7 year old son, who had little skill but strong rugby genes, coathanged a kid early on-much to the amusement of those in the crowd who were watching. A great experience for the kids.

I remember playing out at Waverley when I was a kid and it was such a thrill for a young fella. He’ll remember this for the rest of his life! You’ll be proud as punch!

He'll easily find you with your George T shirt. You know the one with the big red heart with a picture of George in the middle of it :)

Offer to goal umpire and then you can be on the ground. Gear will be supplied.

They’ll supply the kit. I hope he’s representing Richmond?
They’ll get you to meet at a certain spot with your kids and take them to the change rooms whilst you go to your normal seats. You’re then instructed to meet at a certain spot at 3/4 time to pick them up again.
Hope he has a great game and enjoys himself. My sons did
