It was reported in The Age today that Prescott has been approached to coach Coburg. I'd be happy with that.

Is this true?
Prescott has been coaching something in the WAFL?

The WAFL's Claremont Tigers to the last 2 (losing) Grand Finals.

Claremonts list has a good blend of experience and youung development kids.

IMO, Ashley would be an asset to RFC and handles the media well.

A) Yes - in our last U-19 Premiership year (1989)

B) He was/is a tutor at Clontarf (sp?)

Everyone should keep in mind that the Coburg job has been a Part Time position, so he'd have to find other employment here to make it worthwhile.

Maybe he could be part time Coburg & part time RFC ;D
Seems that this is suggestedin an article in the Travis Gaspar thread in "What the Journos say" I hadn't read that when I posted my ithoughts. Seems to be a good idea anyway ;D

sounds right as he has had maritual problems, so dare to say he has come home

Hmmm...so Smooth looks like being back in town eh ?

Might be alright with the kids at Coburg.......

Am I the only one to think that something is strange here? One day Prescott is mooted as Coburg coach and the next day Andy Collins is appointed!

Prescott just been named as senior coach at Claremont, taking over from Darren Harris who has been sacked after doing all the hard yards.
