This young man's family deserve the Millions the are suing for.

Why would would you shot a man who is face down & restrained by handcuffs........It's pretty obvious to me.

I guess thats what happens when you have terrorists Hamas storing weapons within schools and rocket-launchers in hospitals.

This is off-topic and I am sure a mod can move these last two posts to the other thread....but the question should be asked....if children are killed at a school bombed by Israel, is it Israel's fault for the bombing? or Hamas' for using their own children as a shield, and a potential target, to aid hiding their weapons?

I think when you have a group that uses women, children, and the disabled as suicide-bombers....then I think that should also aid you into determining which side values human life more.

Have been on the BART line that runs through Fruitvale several times - both daytime and late at night. The line and Fruitvale itself are not the safest. Lots of gangs.

Irrespective, the cop that shot that guy is going to jail and deservedly so. No excuses.

humans are made up of all sorts of things. theres a little of everything in all of us. humans are by nature destructive hurtful mad crazy jealous homocidal etc etc etc.or on the flip side and atthe same time caring loving thoughtful community minded etc etc etc its our surroundings and experiences that make us what we are.and sometimes the circumstances that we are in that determines how we act.

you try being a cop for awhile go thru your career seeing the dregs of life acting up.i know this does not excuse what happened but when you live the nightmare every day someimes as humans we just snap.

your quick to label this cop a pig and racist but you dont know the walk this cop has had to walk.

if he deliberately shot the bloke and if the bloke was as calm as people say of course the cop has to be prosecuted. personally im surprised more cops in pressure situations dont snap.

I am no cop basher and understand the gist of your post. However, in this case I find it difficult to see it as anything but murder.

I would have thought it was fairly obvious. Some people don't value human life very highly.
A man laying face down and handcuffed, then murdered in cold blood.
That's hard to justify in any way, shape or form. I can sympathise with cops being in ahighly stressed and dangerous job, but that is no excuse in this case.

yep watched the video not good. the cops definately going to jail.

one has to ask what the hell was going thru his head. i reckon his lawyer will claim temporary insanity due to stress.clearly something snapped inside this bloke.
