I'm lucky enough to be an MCC member (and also have a RFC membership with a reserved seat at home games). I use the cross over pass to access the general public seating when I'm meeting up with mates at the ground.

Does anyone know whether I can access The AFL Membership section once I'm in the general public area? I have some friends going to the Carlton Richmond game later in the year and they're going to be sitting there. I don't want to buy another ticket to access The AFL members section but unsure how seating is policed here.

No you can't. There are security there checking everyone moving between sections for tickets.

Since covid there have been quite a few games where they have not had anyone manning the crossover points on the top deck and the public have been able to freely enter the afl members. When we played freo this was the case , though i think it happens more on the smaller games so probably wouldn't get your hopes up on it happening for the carlton game.
