Can anyone tell me how to view a DLL file in windows ?
My understading is that the standard windows setup is unable to view it because the options folders for what i want to view have to be changed ( win 98 se)

If this is so, how and where do i change the folder options to view the file so i can open a filter i have for a graphics program.
