2006 Player of the year

Thought has been given to changing our voting system.

Both the way the club do it (The 5 on the match committee vote for ‘each’ player from 0 (poor game) to 5 (outstanding). So the most one player can receive per game is 25 votes) and a 5-4-3-2-1 count as has been suggested make a lot of extra work in regard to keeping score.

Therefore we'll stick to the 3-2-1 vote we've always used, and have been so accurate with in the past.

Place your 3-2-1 Tiger votes after tomorrow night's game against Footascray.

3 votes: Drizzle - beat Murphy on the night, probably the only winner we had.

It gets damn hard from here....

2 votes: Richo - when he got moved to defence they scored much more slowly :-[ :'(

1 vote: P. Bowden - he kept presenting.

And if Scott West doesn't get 3 Brownlow votes the umpires are more blind than previously thought.
