Coaches votes- 2013

I think it would be fascinating to compare the voting patterns of a secret ballot vs the current open system.

that would be very interesting. i think we'd get quite different results. without really studying the weekly voting it seems to me that people are influenced by others votes. there might be similar votes for a while then someone throws in another name and all of a sudden that player starts getting votes.

Must admit that I stopped voting when I saw people using people's voting history for point-scoring in arguments. Can't see how a secret ballot would be practical though.

Wouldn't be hard. If anything it could make it easier for PT

Online Voting form where the names are selectable from a drop down list could be added straight into a database for PT to play with.

Okay cool. If this doesn't happen for next season, Dimma must go.

i suspect if it was secret and not readily visible on the forum far less people would be inclined to participate.

yeah, tend to agree. I was just addressing the technical aspects, not the human ones. I don't understand humans.

What more would you expect from Grigg. Rated 22nd and has played in every game. That's shocking

What's so shocking about a player ranked 22 by the coaches being included in our best 22?

That is your most mental post ever. Almost Dyeresque. Awesome.

Wasn't even considered for the Australian squad.

What's he played 20-21 games this year and he hasn't been able to snag votes?
He makes no impact.. Wake up
A 19 year old has shown him up thus year

thanks lee2. would it be possible to see last year's results as well for comparison. i reckon we'd have a few changes and a more even spread.

Hopefully this makes sense.
