Steph Williams and Jess Hosking given the boot. I am never sure which Hosking is which - is this the one that returned late in the year and played up forward?

Don't think Jess came back after R3. I can't workout if these 2 are delisted or retired? I'm also reading it's probably best we start recruiting some talented girls instead blue collars like the Hosking sisters.

Which was the better one?

Unfortunately Steph Williams didn’t have any impact on-field for us in the two seasons at the club. Didn’t play this year and didn’t get near the ball in the last. Jess Hosking went Ok.

Given Sheahan’s record recruiting and as football manager I think
It may be beneficial for her to be delisted as well. Lavey and Mackenzie back along with Sheerin and Conti are a good core, but if we don’t draft some players with foot and marking skills we will finish bottom of the ladder. Our bottom half is poor.

I don’t how Sheahan has kept her job.

I don't see it as an issue. Gabby Seymour will likely spend more time up forward.
Would rather Gabby ruck if it is her or Poppy. Poppy seemed timid and a little slow and one dimensional this year. Maybe her impact was reduced without Mackenzie in the middle to go along with Mon. Don’t see her being a suitable forward or back. We need pace and agility at both ends. Can’t play Greiser and Kelly in the same forward line. If we trade in the Adelaide woman I think it will be to replace Kelly.

The player we missed the most this year was Courtney Wakefield. They just don’t make full forwards like her anymore.

'Following a remarkable 11-club trade, Richmond received McKinnon and selection No. 13 at next Monday night’s AFLW Draft and parted ways with pick No. 11 and No. 29'.

Lets hope Sheahan and co pick up a Ellie McKenzie quality of player tonight with our first pick, and not Stella Reid or Sophie Molan level of talent. Two of the worst selections you could ever hope to see. Not even reserves AFLW level.

Not sure how Kate Sheahan has a job to be honest.
